The Stand

Stand User: King

Stand Name: Crush 40

Destructive Power: B

Speed: C

Range: B

Durability: C

Precision: B

Developmental Potential: A

Ability: Dangerous Ground

Dangerous Ground allows Crush 40 to take control of an area within a 50 meter sphere, the center being where the ability is originally activated. The affected area is considered the “dangerous ground” and will take elements that either naturally exist, or could possibly exist in that area and alter the terrain to hinder or assist those considered enemies/opponents and allies respectively. In a forest environment surrounded by trees for example, roots may grow to entangle an enemy’s foot and cause him to trip, or in an urban environment there might be trash that now gets in the way of maneuvering. Once Dangerous Ground is activated, Crush 40 shall remain in the same 50 meter sphere, working autonomously until the ability is deactivated. When in the “dangerous ground”, even non stand users can tell that something is off. Crush 40 can take control of the weather within the sphere of influence to try and hinder foes in the air, but is more limited because it can only augment or take advantage of the current weather patterns, not create weather phenomena. Conversely, attempting to attack from underneath the ground is probably suicide, as tunnels and things of that nature could be closed without King even being conscious that an enemy is below him.

"I'll be tackling these next ten years on my own. I've been able to have a myriad of adventures with my companions, I can't allow myself to become complacent. They'll be joining me again next time. This jump I'll also be going back to recounting the events personally. There's no need for the cameras when I'm the only one here."

  2. Not knowing who that is I can only promise so much. Which is essentially nothing. Where does one even find your brother in this worldand why do you want me to hit him? - From, a confused Future Jump King

    1. He's in Italy, and because he's my father's son, which means I hate him.

    2. I see. I didn’t have plans on leaving Japan without a reason... how about I send him a letter with a demon attached? I'm not sure why I'm even considering doing this, but it'd be quite a surprise for him. And in case you might ask, no it will not be anything stronger than a pixie and it'll only scare him a bit before leaving. - From a reluctant Future Jump King

    3. I'd really prefer if you punched him, but I'll settle, I guess. And tell him to get his ass to Florida, too.

    4. Why Florida of all places? - From, a once again, confused Future Jump King

    5. ... I'm obligated not to say on the grounds of ruining the surprise for people, but let's just say it's a family matter that he can settle in about 5 minutes.

Hello? You'll have to forgive Mr. Brando, he is currently being disciplined for repeatedly bashing his head against the wall.

    8. Ah! You're new! Hello there!
... If uh, if you're sticking around him, expect that to happen a lot. - D. Shard

    9. We will train this out of him before he leaves the manor, I assure you.

... Also, someone will have to explain to me how this book works.

    10. If I called it a magic that allows one to communicate with others beyond time and space will that sate your curiosity? - From, a pondering Future Jump King

    11. I look forward to that, actually.

It's very simple. We have no idea how it works, but so far in a collective several centuries, it hasn't failed, so don't worry about it! - D. Shard

    12. I see. Thank you both for your attempted explanations.

Don't listen to her. This maid's crazy if she thinks she can break

I will be confiscating this for the remainder of his stay in my Mistress' manor. I am curious as to its contents...
